Terms and Conditions

By renting my equipment, you agree to abide by my terms and conditions.

Rental is based on a 10-hour day.
Overtime is $50/hour subject to availability.
Locations Outside GTA will incur additional travel costs.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking my gear.
No Lasers on set (Lasers can damage the camera sensor).
No Standing in open water holding the camera.
No Attaching to a moving vehicle or drone or holding outside window.
The client agrees to pay for any damage caused to the camera by the client or their team members.
I will always be present at set along with my camera or any other gear at all times.

Insurance Requirements

I require a form of Insurance for all rentals along with 2 pieces of ID. I require a Certificate of Insurance listing my company's name as 11183559 Canada Inc. as a loss payee for equipment rentals for at least the replacement value of the gear being rented. Certificates of insurance must list the following company information:
